01 General Terms & Contractual Basis

By using the Jita 7 website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Jita 7 is an online gaming and betting platform serving members in Bangladesh. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jita 7.

The email address and phone number you provide at registration must be active and under your control, as important security messages and transaction notifications will be sent to them.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Jita 7 monitors suspicious transactions to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Complex verifications may take up to 24 hours to complete.

04 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Jita 7's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to make members' experience more enjoyable. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a set bonus on their first deposit. A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• Exploiting technical glitches.
• Harassing other members or Jita 7 staff.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Participation in money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Before an account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity.
